Yoon LLP Presents at a Korean Commerical Arbitration Board (KCAB) Conference in New Jersey

Charles Yoon presented a talk in Korean entitled “Litigation v. Arbitration:  Advantages and Disadvantages”  Other speakers at the conference travelled from Korea to make their presentations to the U.S. business audience.  The event was organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (“KOTRA”) and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the U.S.A. (“KOCHAM”).
