Yoon & Kim prevails in Motions for Sanctions and for Contempt Resulting in Court Striking Defendant’s Answer.

In an action brought on behalf of a Chinese citizen against another Chinese citizen residing in Georgia, Yoon & Kim and co-counsel in Georgia successfully made a series of motions for sanctions and for contempt as a result of defendant’s failure to comply with discovery obligations and court orders.   The court struck the defendant’s answer and appointed a receiver to preserve cash, securities, and other assets worth tens of millions of dollars.
