Yoon & Kim Litigators Prevail In Motion for Contempt Against Client’s Former Employee for Violating the Court’s Preliminary Injunction

Yoon & Kim litigators prevailed after presenting and cross examining witnesses at a hearing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on a motion for a finding of contempt against a client’s former employee for violating the Court’s preliminary injunction.  The Court also granted the application for legal fees and costs incurred in making the motion for contempt.
