We provide corporate clients with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and capital markets, joint venture and strategic alliances, minority investments, partnership and limited liability company operating agreements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements. We also serve as general counsel to clients and, in that capacity, oversee outside counsel as well as advise the client on day-to-day operations and compliance issues. Our clients include local, regional, and international corporations. With respect to tax issues, the firm provides advice in connection with the reporting requirements mandated by FBAR and FATCA.
