Justinian is a commercial dispute resolution lawyer with experience representing clients in state, federal and international tribunals. He has worked on cases ranging from lawsuits against sovereign governments for violations of international treaties, to trademark disputes between U.S. companies, to breach of contract cases under NY State Law.
Some of Justinian’s representative matters include:
- Representing a Korean American business in a federal trademark dispute;
- Litigating on behalf of a Spanish food manufacturer in an investment treaty arbitration in The Hague;
- Assisting a Chinese American investor in a fraud lawsuit involving a Chinese company; and
- Prosecuting on behalf of a U.S. technology company a breach of contract case against a Taiwanese licensee.
