Charles Yoon served as lead counsel for plaintiffs in a Delaware Books and Records action seeking documents under 6 Del. C. § 18-305.  After trial and ruling on exceptions, the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled that plaintiffs have standing to inspect the books and records of a Delaware entity in which plaintiffs had invested over $30 million.
